Family Honoree: The Bassett Family! Dustin & Ronica Bassett have five children, two of whom live with #T1D. Twins, Harlow and Sienna, were diagnosed with #typeonediabetes when they were just 3 years old. The Bassett Family works to further the #JDRF mission by raising awareness and funds to find cures for T1D. We are appreciative of their leadership and support!

Our Campaign

The Portland JDRF Hope Gala is an annual, premier fundraising campaign led by our Gala Chairs, Larry and Suzanne Mackin, bringing people together to celebrate the tenacity and courage displayed by the T1D community, while raising critical funds for T1D research. Although we cannot be together in person this year, we invite you to celebrate with us from your home to show the world that when faced with challenges, we remain unstoppable in our fight to find cures for T1D.
